Terms & Conditions

Art Future Printing provides customized printing, pharma promotional products, healthcare and clinical branding materials, promotional branding products, corporate gifts, and festival or seasonal gifting solutions.

Products may be manufactured, printed, customized, procured, or fulfilled with the assistance of selected production and supply partners.

• A website enquiry or quotation request does not constitute a confirmed order.
• Quotations are prepared according to the specifications, quantity, size, material, printing method, artwork, packaging, delivery location, and timeline provided by the customer.
• Prices may change if any specification, quantity, design, material, finishing, delivery requirement, or other order detail changes.
• GST, transport, design, packaging, installation, or other applicable charges will be added or charged as stated in the relevant quotation.
• A quotation remains valid only for the period stated in that quotation.
• Product availability and production capacity remain subject to confirmation when the order is placed.

An order will be treated as confirmed only after:

• Final product specifications have been accepted
• The applicable advance payment has been received
• The artwork or design has been approved
• Art Future Printing has acknowledged or confirmed the order

• Payment terms and advance requirements will be stated in the relevant quotation or proforma invoice.
• Production may begin only after the required advance and artwork approval have been received.
• The outstanding amount must be paid according to the agreed payment terms and may be required before dispatch.
• Applicable GST, transport, packing, installation, or other additional charges will be payable by the customer.
• Art Future Printing may pause production, delivery, or dispatch where payment is delayed.

Before approving an artwork or design, the customer is responsible for checking:

• Spelling, grammar, names, phone numbers, addresses, and other text
• Logo, colour, design, layout, size, and product specifications
• Medicine, healthcare, regulatory, promotional, or product-related information and claims
• Trademark, copyright, and legal authorization for all submitted content

Production begins only after final artwork approval. Once an artwork is approved, Art Future Printing will not be responsible for errors already present in the approved design.

Changes requested after approval may involve additional charges and an extended production or delivery timeline.

The customer confirms that they have the necessary rights and authorization to use all logos, trademarks, images, text, artwork, brand names, and other content supplied to Art Future Printing.

The customer will be responsible for claims, disputes, or losses arising from unauthorized or unlawful use of such material.

Design concepts, mockups, samples, templates, and artwork created by Art Future Printing remain its intellectual property until the applicable design and order payments have been completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customized and printed products may have reasonable variations in:

• Colour or shade
• Print position or alignment
• Cutting, dimensions, or finishing
• Material texture or appearance
• Product appearance between different batches
• Screen preview and actual printed output

Colours displayed on a mobile phone, computer, or digital proof may not exactly match the final printed product. Minor commercially acceptable variations will not be treated as defects.

For certain customized manufacturing or printing orders, a reasonable variation in the final supplied quantity may occur because of the production process.

Where this condition has been communicated in the quotation or order confirmation, the final invoice may be based on the actual quantity supplied.

Physical samples, digital previews, product images, and mockups are provided for reference. Minor differences may occur between a sample and final bulk production due to material availability, production methods, printing conditions, or product batches.

Sample, design, development, and courier charges may apply where communicated in advance.

• Production and delivery timelines are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.
• The production timeline begins only after the required advance, final specifications, and artwork approval have been received.
• Timelines may be affected by raw-material availability, machine breakdown, transport delays, weather, strikes, government restrictions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• Art Future Printing is not responsible for delays caused by courier, transport, or logistics providers after dispatch.
• The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

The customer should inspect all products promptly after delivery.

Any shortage, transit damage, printing defect, or incorrect product must be reported to Art Future Printing in writing within 48 hours of delivery. The report should include photographs, videos where relevant, and complete order details.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted, particularly where the products have already been used, distributed, altered, branded further, or resold.

Most products supplied by Art Future Printing are customized according to the customer’s specific requirements. Therefore:

• An order cannot normally be cancelled after artwork approval, material procurement, or production has begun.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable once costs have been incurred.
• Approved customized products cannot be returned merely because of a change of mind.
• If cancellation is accepted before production, actual design, sample, material, processing, or administrative costs may be deducted.
• Refund, replacement, reprinting, or correction for a verified defect will be decided after the reported issue has been inspected.
• Products must not be returned without prior written authorization from Art Future Printing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Art Future Printing’s liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the specific affected product or service.

Art Future Printing will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of business, loss of profit, missed campaigns, reputational loss, or consequential damage arising from customer-approved errors, third-party services, delivery delays, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You must not use our website or services to:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, illegal, or harmful information
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights
• Upload malicious files or attempt unauthorized access to our website
• Misrepresent your identity, authority, or association with another person or business
• Request production of unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited material

Art Future Printing may refuse or cancel a request that violates these conditions or applicable law.

Personal information submitted through our website or other communication channels will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

When you provide consent, Art Future Printing may contact you through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone call regarding your enquiry and related services. You may withdraw consent for future promotional communication by contacting us.

Our website may contain links to WhatsApp, social media, payment services, courier services, or other third-party platforms.

Art Future Printing does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, policies, or services of third-party websites or platforms.

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and interpreted according to the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes arising in connection with this website, our products, or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ambala, Haryana.

Art Future Printing may update these Terms & Conditions when required due to changes in its services, business practices, or applicable laws.

The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
